I have spent over 20 years working in the construction industry, involved in everything from large residential developments to high-end homes and commercial projects. Working across different stages of a build, along with time in site supervisory roles, has given me a strong understanding of how projects are delivered from the ground up.
Alongside construction, I have always been driven to build something of my own. Over the years I have run my own ventures and learned how to spot an opportunity, back it, and see it through. That same instinct sits behind every site I look at now.
During COVID, my mindset shifted. I wanted to build something long-term, something with purpose. Property had always been in the back of my mind, and with a natural interest in building, design, and creating value, it became the clear path forward.
I am now building Alexander & Harvey, focused on working directly with landowners, identifying land with planning potential, and progressing projects into refurbishment and development.
More than anything, this is about building a legacy, for my family and the future. The name says it all: Alexander for my son, Harvey for us.
